Since the first time we worked with AOC, we have been extremely happy with all aspects of staff. They are helpful, responsive and understand our goals of the recruit. The respondents are great! AOC seems to know their database and tends to predict a recruit of 10 to seat 8. Typically, we see that as 11 for 8. It’s a small difference, but ultimately is a cost saver and shows confidence and familiarity with their panel. The NoDa room is spacious. Room temperatures, which can be problematic in some facilities, are easily controlled through thermostats which are independent from the back room and the building overall.
