In my decade of conducting user experience research, I’ve been to many research facilities around the country and AOC Research is one of my favorite facilities. They are great partners that make my clients happy. They do an amazing job with participant recruitment: we give them little time to find hard-to-find people, and they always find the folks we’re looking for.
AOC takes very good care of my team and my clients onsite. They are gracious hosts with a beautiful facility: each studio has a client phone room, antechamber with table, and this is one of only two facilities I’ve seen with an in-studio bathroom, which is a very nice touch.
